to get the vehicles u got to recruit eva(the mechanic)then u can do the races or u can collect spare parts around the world to unlock them.

ps. i have 73 million dlooars and this is from e3

i blew up a ship me and my friend but i was hovering in the helicopter while he was on the ship calling an airstrike but when it hit he was still on the oil ship i managed to get him off as the ship was sinking i almost died to cause the helicopter was in the strike 2 but we lived a went to blow up a bridge which is another funny story
