personally i like to call him gouki.. i follow how the japanese call him..

his name japanese name 豪鬼 in direct translation means:

豪 = proud / high / mighty

鬼 = simply means ghost

hope at least this explains abit on wad gouki means...

Not just Rugal but probably only a few characters. Shin Akuma has a bunch of different air fireball infinite variants though. So i'm sure he's got something for most characters.
