  • Just found out from my grandma that with Tracfone SVC, 911 calls are free even if you run out of minutes...thought that was pretty cool :)

  • @TGIFEW Wow, now that is great to hear! This deal really is perfect for seniors, I only wish more seniors were on YT to see this! I'm definitely gonna tell my folks about it. They'll love it!

  • Lmfao... Lame xD

  • Its a very good offer that tracfone has for seniors. Whenever there is a problem with something it's comforting to know that with this company, you are in good inexpensive hands

  • i would love my grand parents to stop relying on their landline so much. it is just so limiting for them to be housebound because they can't find a cell phone deal that they don't have to pay an arm and a leg for that suits their needs. this SVC deal with tracfone really is the answer - $14.99 for a phone and as little as $7 a month from then on, free 411 calls and they can be reached by the rest of the family and make the odd call and sms as well..

  • @Oglingotty I read somewhere that the SVC phone does come standard now with double minutes for life, but don't see any mention of that on their site, so now not sure. I agree that that would make it even more appealing. If I go this route for my mom, I'd probably buy a double minutes card to go with the phone-will just stretch her minutes to a more practical amount.

  • Nothing on this video is a lie. I've found that everything that Tracfone Svc offers is in fact true. People of a senior age really benefit from dealing with this company. I did and still am

  • SVC from Tracfone for Seniors and tied down at home don't like that way of putting it. I will rephrase it by saying They can now be free to call anyone to join them for coffee, or call their loved ones whenever they like. Of course they have their home phone, but they can't take it with them when they go out for a walk or for coffee. Kmart and Tracfone SVC are first on my list for making my senior friends so happy.

  • Tracfone should get their top heads together and see if they can't offer this SVC plan inclusive of the double minutes for life. The way I see this plan at the moment is that it's no more special than anything else on offer by tracfone. The only thing that makes it different is the name SVC that they've given it.

  • You know I am actually glad they came out with these. My grandmother wouldn't let us buy her a cellphone. We kept telling her that in case of an emergency... we needed to be able to be right there or make sure she had the ability to dial 911. This phone is just perfect for her. She said no until we showed it to her and she actually could USE IT! she was pretty impressed with herself.... great phone.

  • @CmackSteph88 my grandmother HATED the idea of using a cellphone, she hated the things and thought they were confusing until I got her this phone from Tracfone. Now she doesn't have to be even more frustrated by signing and contract and overpaying.

  • @CmackSteph88 I completely agree with you. That is exactly why I want to get this phone. So is she catching on to it pretty well? My grandmother has seriously NEVER EVER used a phone. You think she will really be able to use this?? and the no contract thing. I mean this is just fantastic. It really is a great option. a really good one.

  • @jennerkaren Yeah you really don't need any experience with technology to know how to use this. It's very much like simply bringing a landline phone on the run, there is nothing but the buttons and the screen so no distractions or other frustrating things.

  • Tracfone SVC really makes it affodable for seniors to have a cell phone at ther disposal. An hour of time for 3 months for $20 is plenty minutes for most seniors I know..and that adds up to under $7 a month! My mom now has this phone and sure enough she never leaves home without it!

  • SVC cellphone is a great idea that will make any senior so important and indeed at any time you can dial their number and there they are. I gave my grandfather a $14.99 SVC that I purchase at Kmart and then a 60 minute card in a month he said, I still have plenty of minutes left. I then realized that it was only math, for just $7 per month, the 60 minute card was a great dial. So happy I could have my grandfather with a big smile and he felt important.

  • I think people should hopefully realize, as I did, that SVC really is for seniors who don't really do a lot of talking - I got my parents SVC because I want to talk to them rather than always the other way around. What's so great about Tracfone is how low cost it is to the low minute ratio is - I know that 30 minutes with a $10 aircard will last my mom quite a bit when she's out of the house.

  • That college girlfl83 has hit the nail on the head. This Tracfone are the USA's best value cellphone company by far. Now with th SVC prices, From $7----$20 No other company is going to oust them from the no1 spot

  • I have bought many phones from Tracfone over the years and have always been impressed with their quality and service. I am shortly turning 60 which makes me a senior citizen and the first thing I'm going to purchase is a Samsung T155g on their SVC seniors plan and it's going to cost less than $20. Thank you Tracfone for helping out us pensioners.

  • These 2 folks are a great advert for a great company such as Tracfone. Besides their usual great rates, they now hve specials for seniors at rates nobody out there can top. As walterfalter put's it 'a wonderful company'

  • Proud to be the first comment here. Tracfone is a wonderful cell phone company on a couple of levels. I use tracfone my mom uses the SVC phone and we are both happy. My mom is very happy with her SVC phone and very happy with me for getting it for her.
