Get a new drummer. Or teach him what a proper fill is. And teach him how to groove. Sit him down and play him some George Clinton or something, some funk. And teaching him what a proper volume to play at wouldn't be too bad.

Also, the singer could work on tone, but I'm probably not hear clearly. Sounds like he needs to get more of the upper of his vocal chords to get a lighter tone. He's almost got a country and opera mix of tones.
