However, if you really want fast car, take Audi RS6 570hp. Standard version of this car goes 330km/h - 205mph. If it's not enough, pay a litle more and take mtm version 730hp. And it's still family car which can be in wagon form - Avant.

First, you should know, that in Europe 120mph means nothing - most cars do it easly. 1.9 diesel e.g. very popular and economic engine.

In premium class 155mph is standard - mostly limited by an electronic system. Of course you can buy car without it or take it off after. Then A8 with 4.2tdi (diesel) goes 280km/h - 175mph, and believe me, you can normaly speak with passengers. With this engine A8 easly makes 1000km - 620miles on one fuel tank!!

Of course,we can take S8 V10. But it's still D3.

yeah but you still miss that power on most of their cars, okay so this car has a 4.2 litre v8 which makes 350hp, but its base price is 73,000 dollars, now you want one of their cheaper cars you go buy an audi a5 and the average 2008 model is 55,000 dollars on the internet, what do you get? a measly 3.2L, now you want an audi sports car? okay maybe an audi TT which is on average 45,000 dollars and is a 2.0L you still like your audis? have fun paying 73 grand for a fast car

An Audi 2.0 will get a A4 roughly 140mph. Impressive. Now lets look at the Dodge Charger SE. It's 2.7l engine only gets the car 125mph. Yikes. Now lets jump up to it's 3.5l engine. On a good day, a non-governed 3.5l Charger will *maybe* go 140. Now we're catching up. Of course once you get the 6.1 SRT, the top speed finally makes a jump to about 165mph.

While a 3.0l on an Audi will take the car to about 150, anything bigger will surpass the Chargers 6.1SRT top speed of 165.

Beat again, even with a smaller engine. Of course, once you again jump up to the 6.1SRT, the Charger can finally do 0-60 in about 5 seconds, which ties the Audi S4's 3.0l engine. The S4, with it's 3.0l, can also exceed the top speed of the 6.1 SRT, even with a engine half the size.

Audi is good at making A4/S4, A5/S5 but in higher segment, I think Mercedes or BMW is a better choice:

(E-class, 5-series)> Audi A6

Mercedes S-class > BMW 7-series > Audi A8

R8 is an exception.
