Maybe I can put it this way too. It's obvious food can can effect us mentally an physically. My friend use to eat Krispy Kremes and get this endorphine rush I would eat them too and get a big rush, like a euphoric drug. We soon made a habit of getting a dozen every other day. What did it do well it raised my blood sugar. I stopped eating them my friend kept on eating them. They were ok for my friend who stopped eating and was gaining weight, but was bad for me also. Like alcohol or caffiene etc
