euhm.. at me i cant make frames :P how i do?

Go to the place in the timeline where you want to add a frame and right-click. It will give you some options to choose from for frame to add. I think what you'll need is a Keyframe. At this frame, you can tell flash to do something new like change psotion or color or whatever.

A really good one called "super screen recorder". You can download a fully functional 7 day trial by searching for its name in Google. You just need a micrphone and you can do this stuff or screen capture things like movies.
