  • Awesome Job, Great teacher. Thanks man, I want to get the damn swirls of my Black Cadillac some dumbass did when they fixed my car from a dent.

  • TROLLOLOLOLOLZZZ GTFO!!

  • Agreed it wasn't a perfect finish, but it still looked pretty damn good. And despite his shabby appearance he was actually a very good host, he spoke clearly, consistently and was understandable.

  • Great video dude. Keep it up

  • I would not let him touch my car even if he payed me 300 dollar for it

  • @happymark1805 Well for starters he did mention that this is his 3rd car he has done this to and that he is an amateur. And Im pretty sure he woulnt deal with you if you paid hime1000 dollars too......Fuck dude you are a real asshole.

  • @cessnaclub Yeah he only did 3 cars and now he thinks he can show others how to polish a car, come on get real, this lesson from him is a good way to fuck up the car so you will have top respray it.

  • @happymark1805 His polishing a CAR not operating on a fucking kidney. GEEEEEZZZ DUDE GIVE THIS GUY A BREAK. His well spoken on the camera and gives everyone a pretty good idea what is involved.

  • @cessnaclub Wrong advise is not something you want to get, especialy from someone like this dude that is a recepy for disaster

  • @happymark1805 Your videos have a MAX hit of 10 viewers and this guy has 50000...LOL Your a fucking joke dude.

  • @cessnaclub I also have vids with 55000+ views so you are the asshole here

  • this guy looks like hes a junky.... how can you pay this fuckwit to wash your car... i take my car to the automatic car wash and pay $5 and it looks more professional... and i drive a taurus with a fast motor!!!!

  • I want to do this by hand but im wondering can you cut into the metal with just a rag and your hands?

  • will this work on metalic paint ?

  • good vid its what i was looking 4

  • please "PART 3"

  • how long will the gloss last? how can you help protect it it? nice work by the way really good video

  • Very informative video; easy to understand, meticulous.

  • Great video... I really feel like tackling it myself now. The guy in the video is really easy to listen to and a great teacher.... thanks ^__^

  • For the people watching this video. That's a lot of work just to have it oxidize in a few weeks. Trust me. Your better of getting a new paint job with ceramic nanoparticle clear or a new car. Just sayin.

  • Thats a lot of work just to have the paint oxidize in a few weeks. Your better of painting the vehicle or just buying a new one with some clear on it.

  • I own a Buick Century and the paint looks good, except for the hood and the roof. That paint has a lot of small lines, probably beacuse of the sunlight too. I dont know, it is a secon hand vehicle. My question is: Can I do the same that you did with the S10?? If you want I can send you pictures of the car. Thank you!!

  • not sure why people are bashing- good vid and gives key point advice as well as how to save some cash- nice job

  • great comedy, yep 300 across the board LOL!!!!

  • great comedy

  • that was really helpful and was really well explained thanks for making the video

  • you are the only one who really shows how it is done thank man

  • i just started my car detailing and protection shop, and i think the guy is AMAZING! i enjoyed and learned alot!!

cheers and keep on the good work!!

  • if u were to do it by hand, would u need a waffle pad or does a rag suffice?

  • thanks a lot for the video. can you do one on scratches??

  • thanks man!!! nice video!!!

  • Thank you for posting these great videos. I will save so much money doing it myself. Also gives me a lot of control over the condition of the body of the car.

  • niceee, love it...!!!!

  • ウールバフは、乾いた状態で使うものだと思うよ!

    そんなに水で濡れてたら作業性悪し!

  • this is a great video.. I will def have the confidence to get out and try this on my camaro that is covered entirely (except trunk lid) in oxhidation. Thank you very much for this video

  • save dollars on getting it done but SPEND twice as much on tools and product that you will use only once.

  • @nerdflanders8710 so you are going to only own 1 car in your life? why would u only use it once? i would use it on every car i own

  • @fowdalla1 I spose it would come in handy on your mama's big fat ass. and your wife's.

  • @nerdflanders8710 wow sounds like someone is very insecure and gets butt hurt way to easy.......grow up dude its the internet. no one gives a shit what you or anyone says.

  • @fowdalla1 hahhah lighten up pal. itsw the internet. its great, I met yo mama and your missus on it .

  • Thanks man. Its cool that someone does just a good ol instructional video. not some whoopty do production. Its like a friend of mine was just showing me how to do it. Thanks, again.

  • this is awesome bro, you just saved me 150 bucks

  • I also know how to cut and polish and was impressed. Your a natual. I'll subscribe. Great attitude. great teacher

  • Very good job! This was really helpful for me, thanks!

  • hola me gusto tu proceso de restauracion, i like very much good job buddy!!!!

  • your the man.. this cali- resident thanks you.

  • Good shit man, really nice video.

  • Wow,you burnt threw the paint ...no harm..$500 truck needed a paint job anyway..do you honestly think anyone would pay you $300 for this hack job..more likely you'd get sued

  • All I can say is autogeek.net if you want professional buffing.

  • Helpful video. Very educational. Thanks.

  • cool video man.... good job

  • Good stuff. Next time do more talk less. I got bored halfway.

  • You, sir are very good a at this. Explaining specially. Thanks very much. I learned tons.

  • what is the paint code on that s10?

  • could you use a polisher???

  • This guy is a joke, what he does is far from being what real pros do.

First, you should not use the same wool pad for appying 2 different products, second what's the problem with him when he applies polish with bare hands, if you drop correctly the polish you don't have to do this.

Finaly, with such a damaged paint, it needs 4 products and not 2 compounds as he does, the result is realy realy far from perfection

  • @PerfectCarsDetailing he said himself he was just a begginner himself, and he's trying to show other begginners how they can do a decent job ans save some time and money... he's obviously not comparing himself to professionals ..

i think he did a great job and he's a great teacher.

so think about that before you go around saying shit like, "this guy is a joke."

  • @nextweeknext that white shirt really brings out the red in his neck.

  • what exactly is the names of the three compound you are using?

btw amazing job..i wanna try it

  • Great video!

  • very nice, good instructions.

  • Nice Job but I noticed you talked about compounding then you talked about waxing. You skipped glazing. Someone might get the idea that you compound than wax. Also you should mention again that your buffer is for expert use, I would tell a N00b to use a PC 7424 and let the products do the work, it may take more passes but it will get it done. On that job a good glaze would make that thing look a lot better but without it and a nice sealant you arent getting the best results. Again great job

  • btw - should you spray a coat of clear afterwards to protect the fresh new paint surface ?

  • @geoff1306 i think you are just cutting the clear coat

  • Great video, good clear instructions. I might just earn some brownie points tomorrow because I'm tackling the oxidized duco on my daughter's first car and this has given me confidence to give it a try.

  • This is a great vid, thanks! I like this, but I don't know if that truck has clear coat on it? Also, would technique be different for a newer car? Such as a 2000+ car that has scratches and isn't as bad as that truck! Thanks!

  • Does anyone know if this would work on a car that has areas painted on my normal can spray paint (probably a mat finish)? I bought a 2nd hand 92 prelude, and the previous guy did this, don't know why, but I suspect he may have been covering faded areas, which seem to be pretty common in these cars.

  • Mateyour tips are priceless. seems to be pretty much easy. thanks a lot for share your experience. Gr8 job. cheers

  • Nice job, just a little tip...pop the hood and stick a block of wood under it on the radiator core support and it will allow you to save some masking tape on the fenders and be able to run the buffer to the edges...just remember to keep the wheel spinning off the edges and not into the edges so you don't burn the paint edge. Those S-10 windshield wipers come off real easy which will allow you to get the cowl area a lot better without them being in the way. Doing it in the shade also helps too.

  • great job. i have some of the products, but i was using them incorrectly apparently. hopefully with the tips i learned from this vid, i will get better results.

  • Looks like Edward Norton. Probably his younger brother?

  • can anybody tell what are the names of this items..list ..!! my englis is not good..so i cant realy understand what he is saying..

  • Try Farecla...Step 1 "TOTAL" rubbing compund...step 2 "G10" Swirl remover...step 3 "GOLD TOP" finishing glaze

  • When was the foam waffle pad used?

  • thx for the video! learned alot.

  • @urkingod do u really care?

  • I must say this was very impressive.

I know how to cut polish but what I am impressed with is this young man's teaching skills. He did not miss even one step and was exceptional in the way that he did not leave anything out and made no assumptions about the skill level of the person watching the video. Very well done (keep teaching, you are a natural)

  • @Wolverine28115 I agree.

  • oh and i forgot about you sir,. for an AMATEUR, you sure can make that car look great. 5* bud, im gonna try that.

  • should invest in an orbital instead of the rotational, much safer

  • true that, i do respect your comment sir, but if you are VERY careful, keep a rotational. does more of a job.

  • hey man first of al thanks for the great vid. im sure you can tell lots of people appreciate it!

secondly, is spraying the mist necessary/advantageous if doing by hand, and if the instrucitons dont mention it?

  • thank you so much for makin this video. im not spending $200 for a buffer but ill get a decent one for $50. hopefully it will get the job done.

  • how can i look for this items on ebay >?? what are the names of the items u used?

  • Great job mate. 5/5

  • well done mate. great idea for puting this vid on youtube. cheers

  • what do you think about the meguires 3 step system for resoring oxidized paint?

  • Very nice video.... what type of compounds are those again??? I need what u are using here.. thanx

  • its 3m

  • I truly appreciate this crash course!

    Thanks a lot.

  • I would of done that with my 01 civic but she starting rusting so I'll do a good paintjob and she dents too. But I might do that till I'll do the paintjob.

  • Nice, thanks man for posting this!

  • you look like the guy off transformers and sound like him

  • your third car!!! wow seems like u've been doing this for years.. this prooves that my dads paint job can still be saved.. thanks a lot for posting this up. real helpful

  • I need to know how RPM put in ur polishing machine....

  • wow you did a super job. this is very helpful thanks a lot.
