yeh dude it all comes with experience, practice and just playing drums. shit could be hard for you one day and then next day u may have improved or may not, it takes time.

You are really good! I have a question, since your hands are really flexible, how do you train them to be flexible... I really want my hands to be flexible so that I could play fast on the cymbals and crashes like what you did on this video.. I could play fast on the toms and snare but it's hard to play fast on cymbals and crashes (maybe because toms & snare are lower , where else cymbals & crashes are higher)

i'm no expert but you just need to practice. There is no reall exercise. Same goes for all other instruments. Once you have a goal (flexible hands in your case) just try to keep them loose. Don't tighten up. Also, DO NOT use your entire arm for hitting (like travis bark for example) use your wrist AND your arm. When you move your wrist up, more your arm down to hit the cymbal again. Or just let the stick rebound inside your palm.
