i have 2 graphics card nvidia gtx 1024 mb dedicated x2 and a intel I7 core processor i play gta sa with enb on highest settings no lagging :) i cool it down with special wather its the dell alienware ALx i bought it for 6052 euro's i have 4 tb hdd

actually it all depends on the cache and technology, any weak dual core can beat a single core unless a single core is overclocked to the poit were you have to use liquid nitrogen, because Pentium 4's use old technology and have smaller cache's and the only other single core intel cpus are atoms and celerons which are also very very slow.

So a core 2 duo at 1.8ghz would be faster than a P4 at 3.2ghz because it has 2 cores at 1.8ghz..

core 2 duo has 2 cores pentium 4 has one with hyperthreading which means it has 2 threads per core so when you go to task manager is shows 2 cores even though it has one, so core 2 duo is a totaly different cpu.

theres no such thing unless you overclock it with liquid nitrogen.core 2 duo has 2 cores on one die (two proccesors) if each core has 2ghz then it equals 2 4ghz

i have this overclock this cpu at 4ghz and running so fast like the e8200.

at benchmark is the e5200(4ghz oc) a little slower then the fastest c2d cpu.

Well, about the graphics.... It isn't THAT spectacular. Tell us what GTA IV does have for GFX that SA+ENB doesn't have. :P But still, the physics in IV are awesome. That's why i always drive on the sideways.

if you see any glitches like flickering graphics, you have to mess with the enbseries.ini file in your main directory. to make it run better you either have to disable some effects, or lower down some effects. read the readme-en that came with the mod.
