@SuperLearningCenter depends on how u look at it, melee is a much faster passed game but due to that and several other factors u need only memorize certain "combos" with high tier characters and thats all u need, therefore less skill. brawl is floaty and u can trip if going to fast (which i hate) so those combos dont work so often, if ever, so it requires more skill. so again depends it depends on wat u see as harder, memorizing combos, or learning to play on reaction.

"memorizing combos" ? how bout executing them, and when other people are doing them 2 thats even more crazy, wave dashing takes people long to fully master too. your also probly playing most of the crazy tournament banned courses which indeed do have random awful damaging things. "learning to play on reaction" yeah i think the game thats faster is going to have much more dependancy on reaction time

@SuperLearningCenter my point though is that when one does master those combos and they get it off its usually an endless combo only ended when the one doing it stops or the one taking the damage dies. yes reaction time is required for melee but thats not the main deciding factor for who wins, in brawl it primarily is cuz combos are easier to escape from in brawl due to the floatyness. again its all opinion, this is just mine and thats one reason why i think that, thats all.
