  • The real secret behind building muscle on a vegan diet that no one will admit. Protien suppliments or steroids.

  • This guy belongs to different type of people: no beer, no smoking, NO "F*" and "S*" words in his vocabulary. RESPECT.

It's said to see how many people in the USA use bad words in their vocabulary. It's like poisoning your soul when you hear them talking. It's like to be a second-hand smoker. Especially when you go out on Friday night in the local bar...

It was not like that 10-15 years ago. I do not know what happened...

    Oh, well... Peace to all...

  • you cool

  • WICKET!

  • yo Ali G!

  • I hate all the retarded weaklings who think that vegans are skinny...and then they watch vegan exercise videos and pretend like this guy could not totally crush their fucking heads with one bicep.

  • @bluemoon455 I believe many people react this way because they feel challenged. When you like eating a certain way (believing its the right way) and you meet someone who is eating differently than you; it's only natural to become defensive of your diet and judgmental of theirs (after all, you don't know any better). And since you are both of the same species that means that if his diet is healthier then you have been eating wrong this whole time...

  • @Ramond44

I agree with you! That is a great course,

I use it and it works! I did get this program

from a friend to check it and the result was

stunning 'çause this program is the same as

one given by dietician, Anyway, you got the

name of the site misspelled. That should be:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • i respect what you have achieved! blessings!

  • @SuperstarFx Me too, this takes a lot of dedication!

  • may i just say... hot! lol

  • @g0ddessw I'm sure he gets that a lot... :)

  • And not one squat was done that day.

  • @Jo3yization I guess they are not challenging enough...

  • He certainly looks well on his vegan diet. And he has shown you can be strong on a vegan diet.

  • @ZeusHelios For sure!

  • @TheCoolVegetarian I use to eat a lot of fruit and I noticed the difference it made to my appearance. Also other people noticed. I dont eat as much fruit as I use to but I should. I had also noticed though that during one summer I ate lost of barbecue food Such as chicken burgers and sausages in a bread bun. And although I hadn't noticed how I looked I did noticed how I felt. And I felt fit and strong. I think its all down to getting suffient nutrition. Although fruit veg are probabaly better.

  • @TheCoolVegetarian Fruit veg are probably better for you to eat as it seems to make you look good and healthy

  • @ZeusHelios I agree!

  • @McBoneRapz can u upload an other lcpdfr vid plz?

  • Vegetarians and Vegans we all have such a glow that others don't have, probs cause we don't use our body as a grave yard for dead animals...good work :)

  • @swimbythesea Well said!

  • @TheCoolVegetarian why, THankyou :)

    TEQWIN

  • im build also VEGAN !!!

  • @mrflyer107 :)

  • LOL! I just imagined myself trying to do those exercises...might as well call the ambulance in advance. In any case, my guess is that Mr. Polanco has also got some good genetics behind his good physique...that is in NO way an attempt to minimize his fitness discipline...but for some of us vegans, that body shape is simply not an option. I appreciate this video very much...short, to the point, good tips, and good exercise examples for many viewers. 8-)

  • @tvswnet I agree, those exercises look challenging... but practice makes perfect...

  • You are beautiful! Stay vegan, stay strong!

  • @MsRudiecantfail and healthy too :)

  • This is awesome. I wish there were more videos like this so that my bf could stay motivated to be vegan. He worries that on a vegan diet you can't be as strong as omnivors. But obviously this dude is ripped c:

  • @melanietube strength and muscle are achieved through exercise and not diet. Sure, on a raw vegan diet the recovery is faster, thus helping on train harder and more often (and become stronger).

  • @melanietube Search for strongman Patrik Baboumian. He's a vegan and look at his muscles and strength!

  • @Doridantoni Dang that guys a beast! jaja ok now i know my bf has no excuses (: THANKS!

  • Look at that little girl at 1:42 in the background skateboarding. That's freaking cool to me. Go little girl!

  • @DarkPrince1785 looks like a ripstick

  • @DarkPrince1785 Haha, good observation. :)

  • @MrLoveisthelaw I'm sure he gets that a lot. :) Thanks for the comment.

  • so now we've seen the before pics (which I'm sure took courage to put up) when are we going to see the results clip?

  • I just wanna HUG You~ :) Congrats on muscles and healthy diet ~no harm to the animal neighbours of our planet*~ Blessings*~ :)

  • Great inspiration! Thanks.

  • @BestFoodBestSelf You are welcome. Glad this video was inspiring.

  • I eat dates and bananas all day long. Along with almond butter there is no better food on the planet!

  • @HASSDICH62 actually pls. check him above out perhaps you will change your Mind

  • I can't believe there are people commenting negatively about this video. I bet none of you could do even a quarter of the feats Noel does daily.

  • Canola oil will kill you.

  • @mattandpatti222 He said "Quinoa" not canola.

  • @anarchore

Yeah. It's just that he pronounced as most people would guess from its spelling (kwi / no / a) instead of the accepted "correct" way (kee / nwah)

  • i use spinach seeds since it's much cheaper than spinach leaf, & neem oil stinks but it get products with it in. in a round about way neem helps muscles. buckwheat noodles asian market, nutritional yeast flakes, yam flour(increases chances of twins though), almond milk, a very nutty cold cereal.

  • I'm not really positive that this is the appropriate diet plans program for everybody, yet DietOramy natural diet clearly allows my grandmother burn off all that needless fat in the body. There is plenty free info on the Internet about that, just use Google...

  • Oh & if you are snacking on fruits all day then you are eating to much sugar and risk becoming a diabetic.

  • @BarryBRemix More complex carbs and much less sugar is the key. I add coconut oil and nut/seed milk to my complex carbs to reduce the blood sugar spike. I also don't eat raw complex carbs because they are far harder to digest and have lectins.

  • @BarryBRemix Man, you don't know what you are talking about for real.

  • @anarchore No, I'm not expert but dude did say he snacks all day on fruits.

  • @anarchore Check out " Drmorsend " channel on youtube. He puts people on a fruit diet to cure them of diabetes amoung many other things. It is because of fat consumption that the cells get gummed up and can cause a blood sugar spike... the book 80-10-10 by Doug Graham goes into more detail, you can find it on torrent...

  • @anarchore " robertmorsend "

  • @BarryBRemix

I have a friend who was fruitarian for four years. Fruitarian meaning he ate ONLY fruits (no vegetables) for the whole duration. He's also a health trainer and in incredible shape, both inside and out. Obviously high sugar intake CAN promote that, but that's more from added processed sugars. Fruits are the only food group that the human body can survive off of for extended periods of time. There's plenty of low sugar fruits as well.

  • @BarryBRemix No you don't. People rid themselves of type 2 diabetes with a high fruit diet.

  • @DaveJales Please.. As a type II diabetic my experience has been the exact opposite. Don't believe the hype.

  • @BarryBRemix Hype? Hardly. I have seen many people reverse diabetes with fruit, including my father. Answer me this - why is diabetes exploding when typically whole fruit consumption is decreasing? Would you mind outlining your diet when you were consuming lots of fruit and getting negative results? I am interested from an objective point of view.

  • @DaveJales Sure, over the summer I juiced 2 bananas, an apple, a pear, strawberries, grapes, blueberries with protein power, raw spinach and water every morning. By the time the summer by blood sugars sky rocketed. My research teaches me that the body will break down at or around the age of 40 for it's tolerance of sugars. So, those of you who snack on fruit all day and think's it's ok. Give it a few years and then we'll see.

  • Vogue? Really?

  • Nutmeg is a toxin, and deliriant.

  • @GsBBoyDan That's right, nutmeg is a stimulant and is highly toxic in large quantities.

  • @greatbydesign33 actually latest research has shown that canola might be better then olive oil. its higher in MUFAs and lower im SFA's. As long as you go organic i wouldnt worry about pesticides. but coolveg is right, stick to unprocessed fats

  • @greatbydesign33 He said "Quinoa" not canola.

  • You are an inspiration! People who have the effrontery to comment against the vegan diet are just angry because they couldn't stick with it and overcome the destructive eating habits and addictions to food. Keep going bro! You look way better than most of the guys I work with at the gym.

  • @harboroflight Right on!

  • "Love your body, it's the only one you've got." Mannn, I love that. Definitely tattoo worthy. haha Very inspiring. Keep it up.

  • @TheJacobdylanjones I agree, it's very inspiring!

  • You wont become weak on a vegan diet, however you will not yield results comparable to that of an individual who consumes animal protein. The reason why he has strength is because his muscle fibers adapt to the stress he puts them under, and due to his high carbohydrate diet. To be honest, Vegan dieting is only beneficial for females.

  • @osgangstarrr what are your source for these claims ?

  • @TheCoolVegetarian I've tested the hypothesis on my own clients, male and female, and the result was that my female clients lost a considerable amount of weight and my male clients visually lost lean body mass. The male clients that abstained from conducting the trial retained their lean body mass. Thus, based on my own study, it appears to be evident that a vegan diet is beneficial visually for most females, especially those who have trouble keeping weight off due to hormones.

  • @osgangstarrr Also, there have been studies conducted which indicate that vegetarian/vegan diets can improve aerobic efficiency but have a negative effect on anaerobic efficiency.

  • @osgangstarrr can you or have you published these ? would be good to read them ...

  • @TheCoolVegetarian No, I haven't published these but I can provide you with the link regarding the effects on vegan/vegetarian diets on aerobic and anaerobic efficiency.

  • @TheCoolVegetarian Search for "vegetarian aerobics study" on google, you will find a book called "Vegetarian sports nutrition" by D. Enette Larson-Meyer Pages 8 and 9 are interesting. Partial conclusion is vegs may have better endurance performance because of higher carb diet than "meat eaters" but its vague, and I think the studies are inconclusive, there is no noticable performance difference... Simple: To build muscle you need proteins, source isnt really important.

  • @osgangstarrr

if you watch this channel, it will change ur mind

    RAW FIT CHRIS

  • @osgangstarrr Mac Danzig would disagree with you.

  • @DaveJales I just recently reviewed a few studies and my perspective has changed on daily protein requirements. What is needed is amino acids; vegan diets are beneficial for energy and glycogen replenishment but there is not enough essential amino acids in most carbohydrate sources, protein supplementation may alleviate this but of course it depends on the individual's goals.

  • @osgangstarrr It is certainly a contentious subject and I don't pretend to know the science of it.. It's tricky because one can find a study to promote almost anything online. What I do know is I will take performance over size and aestetics any day. Thanks for the gracious reply, they are hard to come across on youtube:0)

  • Comment removed

  • @osgangstarrr This is true, although genetics also does come into play here. Using MMA fighters as an example, some fighters have very average looking physiques but performance wise they are kicking arse.

  • @DaveJales I concur, in relation to the video uploader, he will never be any leaner than he is now unless he increases the load on his muscle fibers, in other words he will never be "ripped" unless he adds resistance to his regimen as body weight exercise alone will not induce hypertrophy.

  • @osgangstarrr I must disagree. If we look at the old-time strongmen like Eugene Sandow the basis of their inhuman strength was always calisthenics. I know they performed with weights and strange objects but from what I can gather it was from bodyweight calisthenics that they gained the foundation.

  • @DaveJales That is because calisthenics is recruiting many different muscle fibers per movement, however they only became stronger due to the weight that they lifted as their bodies were forced to adapt, also like you said before genetics do play a role; some people have more glycolytic fibers than others, these play a role in force production.

  • @osgangstarrr Have you checked out the "nashmedia" channel? He is a calisthenics man. Very impressive physique.

  • @osgangstarrr Also I forgot to mention gymnasts. They are ripped from almost exclusively bodyweight training.

  • @DaveJales Mac Danzig is a mixed martial artist; his activity involves involves intermittent bouts of aerobic and anaerobic training. He will have a difficult time building lean muscle mass unless he supplements with essential amino acids and/or vegan protein shakes and I am positive that he does use supplements to cover his amino acid intake.

  • @DaveJales To be frank, Mac Danzig is not eating 100% raw vegan nor is he eating 100% healthy according to vegan gurus.

  • @osgangstarrr I never said he was raw. You would be hard-pressed finding any competitive MMA fighters that don't supplement in some form. He is quite bulky for his height and according to sparring partners and others he has supreme conditioning.

  • Comment removed

  • @DaveJales I agree, he has supreme conditioning due to his training regimen, his nutrition plays a role as well. His carbohydrate based diet provides him with the energy to perform those anaerobic bouts of exercise and the prolonged cardiovascular activity is fueled by his fat stores.

  • @osgangstarrr Whatever he's doing it's working.. This is why it annoys me when people give negative comments on videos of people doing amazing feats - vegan or not.

  • @osgangstarrr One thing for sure, this guy in the video won't be tearing up his kidneys from excess animal protein!!

"Vegan Diet" is only beneficial for females"?? Pure IGNORANCE!!

  • @STONRUNNIT Don't misquote me, I said, "it appears to be evident that a vegan diet is beneficial VISUALLY for most females." So no, that is not pure ignorance; however, your response is pure ignorance.

  • @osgangstarrr

you need to watch this video

    THE PROTEIN MYTH

  • @osgangstarrr veganbodybuilding . com

  • @osgangstarrr Have to disagree. The effects of vegan diets may take longer to surface in women, but I was a vegan woman who lost muscle mass despite working out frequently and exercising daily. Pulled muscles wouldn't heal and I also made myself severely anemic. Women have a higher daily requirement for iron, and the non-haem iron in plants along with the phytates they contain actually inhibit iron absorption. Vegan diets can be extremely detrimental to women.

  • @MemorieLane1980 If you have a vegan caloric restriction diet with little greens then yes I agree with you. There may however be something wrong with you even if you ate a lot of greens you would still not get the iron. The thing is, the animals that you eat get their iron from the plants that get them from the soil. So meat in itself has no nutritional value that plants cannot supply a lot better. Now for iron absorbation, eat spinach together with citrus. :)

  • @osgangstarrr Definitely not true. I've been a vegan for 4 years, raw for 3...and I'm great ha.

  • Cool vid bro. Subbed! I usually do alot of cardio and boxing and that's about it. Keep up the good work.

  • @FormulaDGoSpeedGo glad you like. thanks. i have 100+ great vids on this channel and more coming every week. enjoy **

  • Excellent choice at a young age. You are going to feel really great when you reach 60 as opposed to many others on the SAD, who if they avoid obesity, will probably be struck down with heart disease or maybe cancer. Thanks for showing young people they can get their complete amino acid profile from either their body manufacturing them or plant based foods. The beef and poultry consortiums have bought so much advertising that most of the public just puppet responses that fit their bottom line.

  • @Greenspann agree and wish that all of the youth today would actually start eating better and exercisiing !

  • You can get all essential amino acids in: Flax oil, Pumpkin seeds, Hemp Seeds, Chia seeds, Maca, Avocados, Quinoa, Brazil nuts, Amaranth, Spirulina, Chlorella. Anyone (like E.G.G.) who tells you can't get a complete amino acid profile from vegan foods is a sucka and has not done research,

  • @calico992 i think you will like my latest interview with dr michael klaper on vegan protein and other vegan related health concerns... you guys are in the same page - check it out

  • humans have an digestive system likened to that of a bear...omnivorous....not carnivorous nor vegetarian...able and needing to handle both in equilibrium preferably.

there are so many essential amino acids that comes only from meat sources.

  • @EasternGateGuardian really ? which ones only come from meat ?

  • @TheCoolVegetarian

well not only from meat, but only found in meats in desirable amounts....such as lysine and tryptophan. Whey protein isolate supplements would be recommended for you. It is one of the best sources of complete amino acids out there. It is far cheaper then eating tuna cans and sardines for snacks too...which is just fine as well :D

  • @EasternGateGuardian How do you know how much "desirable amounts" are? Whey protein is garbage and should never be considered a health food. Eating the whole food is always better. By the way the longest-lived populations ever studied at starch based diets and very little meat. Pre-1950 the okinawans were around 1-2% meat and almost 70% sweet potatoes. They have the most centenarians of any population ever studied. Just because we can digest something doesn't mean it's good for us.

  • @82Bdog

it depends on what your goals are...you wanna look like a soft skin girlie man...go ahead! You wanna be a rugged, tough looking, strong jawed and muscular male, then get proteins. They have been shown to raise testosterone and growth hormones...sure...it the reasons Asians don't eat that much meat or dairy products in the first place...they know that it will make you more hairy and male looking...wouldn't that be a shame (warning...sarcasms here) :D depends on your goals in the end.

  • @EasternGateGuardian Yeah that's why all my meat-eating friends say "what you been doing lately you're getting swole" lol. Everything you said just now has no credibility. It's all bullshit statements with no credible studies to back it up. I get plenty of protein from whole plant foods and there's numerous studies that show are protein needs are much lower than what the average person consumes. I've proved it to myself as I have just as much muscle and am still gaining while eating much

  • @82Bdog less protein and just making sure I eat plenty of calories.

  • @TheCoolVegetarian yes do tell EGG??

  • @oneminuteworkout sorry. please remind me what is the EGG ?

  • @EasternGateGuardian Then please explain how Noel is so strong, lean and healthy when, as you say, he's missing so many vital nutrients.

  • @UniversalTruths

because he workouts in a very well disciplined fashion...but he will never gain considerable muscular mass on a whole food vegan diet.

  • @EasternGateGuardian Look at anyone that exercises like he does. If you are only doing body weight exercises you will never gain 'considerable' muscular mass, no matter what you are eating. Unless you're using steroids.

  • @UniversalTruths

not necessarily true, when I was younger I gained quite some mass doing just that

  • @UniversalTruths

    no steroids ofc lol

  • @EasternGateGuardian Well, body frame also has a lot to do with it. From what I can see, his bone structure (like myself) is rather thin. Which would cause him to look smaller even with muscles as large/strong as someone larger than him.

  • @UniversalTruths

yeah true that....even if my brother is taller then me...if I stand behind him, my shoulders are completly visible on each sides lol and I have a thinner waist size still!

  • @Shrila1 i agree 100% ... lets inspire the world to learn the same

  • Noel is stunting his potential on that type of a diet. Lets be perfectly honest here. When it comes to elite performance and athletics, there are NO vegan athletes at the top. Name one vegan who is an Olympic record holder.

  • @sclaysdharma how about carl lewis who is arguably the greatest use track star ever? or dave scott 8 time winner of iron man ?

  • @TheCoolVegetarian How about somebody current? And Scott is no longer a vegetarian. My point is that elite athletes are always looking for an edge no matter what it is. Don't you think if a particular diet proved to give an edge that all elite athletes would be using it?

  • @sclaysdharma well how about Patrick Makauo the new and current record holder in the marathon distance as of last month who eats very little meat only on rare occasions ?

  • @TheCoolVegetarian Only a little meat? You see my point don't you? It should be easy for you to name dozens of elite athletes on a vegetarian diet if that diet gave them an edge.

  • @TheCoolVegetarian LOL he told you to name one olympic record holder and you name two and he says "what about current"LOL . I'm sorry you have to put up with these trolls who don't do research on their own.

  • Is peanut butter vegan? I ask because I've stopped meat, bread and dairy the past couple of months. Not eating animal products is my main concern at the moment. Forgive my ignorance but I always associated butter to mean coming from milk. I love peanut butter but stopped it 2 months ago too. Is there a type of peanut butter you recommend? I'm new to this so I apologize if this is a noob question. I'll add a few of your vids to my Foodicine page if you recommend any for health seekers.. Peace.

  • @ComputerGrant Peanutbutter is vegan. Its just a name. Soy/Almond Milk is also a non dairy product:)

Buy a natural Peanutbutter with 100% Peanuts. No sugar or Fats added. Geat source of good Fats and Protein.

  • @UnserSindViele Thanks mate. All the best.

  • @UnserSindViele agreed and good advice !!

  • @themoviebuff101 but where doe she get his protein??? LOL

  • Close your eyes and imagine it's Christopher Walken talking!

  • Eat 90% fruits and 10% vegetables, drink water, get 8 hours a night sleep and do bodyweight exercises 4-5 days a week. End of story. Everything else is hype, brainwashing and marketing. Creatine works for first timers, unproven in multiple applications. Steroids work without exercise. If you understand the first statement, you would never take steriods and you probably wont want to take creatine either. This guy is in amazing shape, but spends too much time trimming that facial hair.

  • @mikecazzx dude u need protein just like any other macronutrient and vegans only can consume 2 complete proteins which are soy and quinoa and soy should never be consumed regularly by bodybuilders or anyone trying to build muscle because of its testosterone lowering tendencies.. a diet that is 100% carbohydrates?? thats frickn rediculous u need fats and protein its just a fact... and to say that bodyweight exercises will get you to gain some real muscle thats the dumbest statement ive ever heard

  • @npm619 Every plant food and every fruit has protein in it. Do you research. Mothers milk is on average 5% protein. Who needs more growth potential than a baby? Soy can cause issues with estrogen. You do not want to try and pack on soy to match meat, you want to eat normal plant/fruit based foods. Extra protein does not mean extra muscle. Search youtube for Jon HInds and listen to his issues with meat/dairy and arthritis. He went vegan, solved his issues and is still built.

  • @mikecazzx protein is definately overrated but it is essential for adding mass.. yeh extra protein doesnt mean extra mass but its the same with carbs and fat u need a balance of all 3 and if ur not eating complete proteins u are missing the essential amino acids needed to biuld muscle effectively.. if that jon hinds ate meat he would be stronger with less body fat. he just looks like an average athletic person its only impressive because hes vegan for his physique he looks average as hell.

  • @mikecazzx and the reason he stopped eating meat is because of his joint pains which is reasonable because there are lots of hormones, and extra additives but if u got week joints u have to stop consuming those foods my father had to do that aswell.. for building muscle its not optimal its just a fact

  • @npm619 No diet can ever be 100% carbs as even fruit has fat and protein and isn't all carbs. But if you research enough you will see that all the longest-lived populations ever studied ate high carb low fat diets.

  • GREAT, BUT IF HE IS VEGAN, HE NEEDS MANY CALORIES?????????

HOW MANY CALORIES IS HE EATING AT DAY???

  • @adrygarcia i eat 3500 per day and i exercise 6 days a week

  • @TheCoolVegetarian Are you da1sinister1?

  • being on a vegan diet is horrible for building muscle.

  • @npm619 This comment shows your complete ignorance and brain washing by the meat and dairly industries.

Read "How Much Protein" by Brad Pilon. Extra Protein does NOTHING to build muscle. Training builds muscle. Even extremely low protein intake cannot stunt muscle growth from training. Extra calories also are not important to muscle growth. Read a book.

  • @mikecazzx omniverous eating will always be superior to vegan diets... i can promise you that

  • @npm619 i am sure that Noel in the video would disagree as would champion body builder Robert Cheeke and John HInd. whats your scientific basis for this statement ?

  • @TheCoolVegetarian a diet based on carbohydrates usually will not work for most people unless they have an ectomorphic metabolism like robert cheeke and john hind.. u will never find a vegan powerlifter that carries a lot of mass. these bodybuilders u named are in excellent shape however they are not that large for how long they have been training. if ur worried about body composition(fat to muscle ratio)vegan diets are the worst option for you... u need protein and fats more than micronutrients

  • @npm619 thanks for this. my first question is what % of the population wants to be a power lifter or a huge body builder ? and my second is what about 'rob bigwood' he is an arm wrestler and vegan and is huge ?

  • @TheCoolVegetarian to answer your first question. probably the people who watch the video "how to build muscle on a vegan diet" probably want to build a lot of muscle and be stronger. to answer ur second question.. that rob bigwood guy eats grains and rice to get big and strong (which is needed if ur vegan) and he also gets tons of protein and fats thru flax seeds, nuts, and oats..u cant just eat fruits and vegetables and get big and strong u need healthy fats and adequate protein. just a fact.

  • @npm619 i guess i am confused as this video agrees with what you just wrote so not sure what your point is here ? Noel who is in this video does not eat "just fruits and vegetables" nor do I. Please help me understand.

  • @TheCoolVegetarian not doubting that its a healthy diet.. its just people should never be vegan unless they are environmentally conscious, dont like eating animals, or have joint pain.. if they become vegan to become bigger and stronger that is just as false as it gets because omniverous eating will always be superior in terms of body composition.

  • @npm619 i think best for us to agree to disagree with the statement " omniverous eating will always be superior in terms of body composition " . its ok as we do not need to agree on everything*

  • @TheCoolVegetarian no one would ever encourage another to lose weight with a vegan diet or build muscle with a vegan diet over another balanced diet with animal protein.. just not effective

  • @npm619 best if we agree to disagree as i know thousands of people including many MD's that would disagree with your statement. buts thats ok. i am not here to convince anyone of anything :)

  • @TheCoolVegetarian MDs know little about nutrition unless thats their specialty.. just a small fact for you.

  • @npm619 yes agreed that the typical MD does not have much dietary training. This channel is full of experts who live and thrive on a plant based diet without animals and animal bi-products including several elite athletes. There are literally tens of thousands of health experts who do not agree with your statement " no one would ever encourage another to lose weight with a vegan diet or build muscle with a vegan diet over another balanced diet with animal protein".

  • @TheCoolVegetarian saw ur channel and its very indepth and informative, however i disagree with the amounts of macronutrients (too many carbs not enuf fats) just curious wuts ur opinion on ketogenic diets? what do you think about those and the success people have? pretty much the opposite end of the spectrum of being a vegetarian/vegan.

  • @npm619 i think low fat, medium fruit, high veggy, high greens, no animals is the way to go for peak performance, longevity and optimal health.

  • @TheCoolVegetarian well yeh i know that u
