@trotskychu ...because hes a dad now...or atleast in that episode. and hes not really used to it. speeking of they had to take a tissue sample outa his hand from this big machine...he thinks shes this type of clone girl doctor daughter (does that make sence?) creature...and also to know that she was made to fight and does it just...off hand... and probably also the fact he doesnt like guns and she carrys around one for awhile...he probably doesnnt know how to reacted to that stuff right....

That scene with Jenny is really impressing, because Tennant said much more when being silent. Thet laugh meaning "what do you all know about wars", that short 'yes' meaning "I am a murderer, I know it and I hate it", that sharp look in the end like saying "we are different. I had to kill. You do it willingly". It's incredible. And, it is also that we do not think about THAT Doctor, cause he remembers everything, he never stops thinking of it

I love that scene from the Doctor's Daughter because we know he was in the time war, possibly lead it even. We know he is responsible for killing his own people, but he never talks about it, never says, tries to brush it off and put on his manic smile. Here he doesn't and that expression is so purely haunted and telling, says so much in so few words. Brilliant acting,and i feel bad for enjoying it so much because it is so sad.

i enjoy because it goes deeper into the character i think. 5/5
