I keep seeing comments about how the bible says it's wrong to dress as a woman. Am I the only person who clearly saw that they were wearing MEN'S CLOTHING!? What, did the peacock feather fans or the headbands offend you?
I'm a christian and mean that when I say it. This is humorous and light-hearted. It has nothing to do with being gay or exposing kids to homosexuality in churches. I'm sure all of the Disney channel you parents let your kids watch does entirely worse than this.
I don't think God was "just kidding" when He said this: Deuteronomy 22:5 New International Version (NIV) 5 A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wear women's clothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this.

As a christian kid I never associated a man or woman dressing as the opposite sex in a funny way as offensive. It was just comical, and made me laugh. Is it possible as adults we try to find a hidden meaning in everything? Even when it may not exist? Lighten up, and stop exposing your kids to the fears of the world before they even have a chance to experience the harmless fun in everyday life.
Although I have personally never been a fan of White Christmas, I appreciate the fun in the bit. I don't think it's harmful for children at all. If it were, then I'd be forbidden to watch classics such as Bugs Bunny (who dressed as a woman in multiple episodes) and the Three Stooges. I welcome good humor and entertainment at church. Perhaps it would encourage people to go more.

Pretty much every male comedian at some point in their career has portrayed a female. It's all in good fun! The Crowder Brothers are a breath of fresh air. They don't have to stoop so low to get laughs. They're rebels that stay true to themselves, and what they believe in.

If you're that incapable of innocent, pure-hearted fun, then I honestly fear for you and the possible path that your children could ultimately choose as the result of their rejection of your legalistic brand of RELIGION. As a long time member of this church I can honestly say that you are wrong and you did not hit the nail on the head. Maybe that's your perception, but talk to some other members as that is not the opinion I have encountered. I don't believe I should have to "leave the room" at my church. It's a safe place and this was a family concert! Again, church folks did not love it - you missed the boat! talk to some real folks not the ones that pat you on the back and say it was great, wrong venue.
The church in front of impressionable children is not the place for this! Not only do we as parents have to explain out in the world why that man has chosen to dress as a female, not only do we have to be constantly vigilant of the GLBT initiative in the world, but now I have to counter that in my church. Why would you think this is funny? It's not. Maybe Jordan Crowder film fans appreciated this, but the church is not the audience for it. Know your audience #1 rule of speaking/performing!

@zols00 Explain to your children that men have LONG dressed up as women for the sake of comedy. The song "God Bless America" was originally written for such a revue by Irving Berlin. So if you think Jordan & Steven were in the wrong - I propose you leave the room next time this popular song plays.
