Oh, guys, honestly, why compare Owl City to the Postal Service? Really? Just... Really? They're bands. These guys... As far as I can tell, they have about the same, give or take, in musical complexity- both are almost completely synthesized, so the options are limitless. Lyrics, these guys make you think a bit more, but Owl City's songs are deep, too, and just as pleasant to hear.

I don't even take popularity into account.Popularity is all chance. One person likes a song. BOOM! Popularity.

I love this song/video! I’ve mainly been listing to Hard Rock/Metal/Hardcore for most of my life until I heard some songs by Death Cab For Cutie and The Postal Service. It has completely turned me on to a whole genre of music. I’m just scratching the surface on here but I do enjoy finding other great bands to listen to. It’s a perfect counter balance to my normal playlist, and has become just as big of a part in it as well.
