How Spiderman would win: Win One;Take the belt away and web him up. Win Two; KO punch or kick.
Hand to hand alone batman will not win. Spiderman beat Iron fist in hand to hand combat. Don't get me wrong bats would hold his own but he would go the the belt FTW not a punch.
