yes they do. i broke all 4 of mine playing football in high school. jumped to the bottom of the pile to grab the ball after a fumble, and had someone step on all 4 fingers and got to hear and feel all of them just crunch. the guy that stepped on them was a lineman and he weighed like 315 lbs. not a good time

I crushed my arm once (its when you break your arm in many many pieces) and cracking it back was the worst part. Personally, I hate needles (feel free to call me an idiot, cause if i had the chance i would take the needle) so i didn't get the pain-killer injection (i forgot the name of it). When they cracked it back, it was possibly the sickest/ most painful thing i have ever experienced and what made it worse was that I wasn't passing out (I was praying that i was going to pass out. Oh well).
