sorry, I don't want to give criticism but obviously you were very very confused in your acting. You acted as if there was fire coming out of your hands, yet I see it come out of the ground. Also the same effect in different spots with no edit change, is a little boring. Nothing special.

Basically you find stock footage of fire, such as this one used in the video, and chroma key out its background color (i.e. black, white, blue, green, etc.). Then, just change its size, and position it where you want it on screen, and tweak it until you're satisfied with it and yeah that's pretty much it.
