In reality, other then Bon Jovi and maybe the Cars and U2 you didn't miss much. The period from 1990-1996 provided some of the best music that had been released since the 1963-1970 period. Don't get me wrong Bon Jovi is a terrific band and they still are today going on 28 years since there're first album was release, but I could count on one hand what else there was worth listening too and could not begin to count all the Garbage that was released during that decade..
Clearly singing along to a backing track and no effort to hide it like when Jon bon sings towards the floor without the mic but you still hear his voice loud and clear, thats kinda sad, but still cool video
@1cruefan4life Feel Your pain :/ Im fifteen too and I dont listen to much bands that formed after the early nineties... There are a few but the sixties, seventies and eighties was the golden age of music... hopefully it circles back to it in the next decade!!!
TOTP back then always had bands "performing" to their studio recordings. I don't think anything was ever live. I'm pretty sure it remained that way for quite a while. It's obvious Jon doesn't care though. I mean look at 0:47 lol... It reminds me a little of when Muse appeared on some Italian (I think) TV show and weren't allowed to perform live and had to perform to playback. They didn't agree so the guys in the band all swapped instruments and just messed about lol.
Interesting to see Ritchie playing a doubleneck on this, especially since there's no 12 string on the song. I think that's the same guitar he's playing in the Silent Night video. I think it's an Ibanez.
Those were the days so glad 25 yrs later they are still rocking. New album will be awesome thanks guys for all the music you have given us . Bon Jovi Rules.
