Another thing, my mother told me if I ever fell on hard times, she'll always be my "safety net" & I'd be able to move back home. I feel blessed to have my mother in my life because I know many people don't, & my father is no longer here-(just like Skorpion's), so it makes me appreciate my mother that much more. I'm not gonna lie though, with the way these utilities go up all the time, I often think of moving back home all the time though, lol.

Dude, I say God allows things to happen for a reason. I'm 31 and have NEVER moved out of my parents house. I used to be hella ashamed of it, but when I think about it, the relationship between me and my parents has grown so much since I've become an adult and I don't think it would have if I had moved out. I wouldn't trade it for anything...
It's what's working for me. I don't feel as though I'm stunted in any way. Actually, if I had moved out at 18 or 21, my relationship with my parents would have remained strained and distant. It's only because I had no choice but to stay that I worked through a lot of the issues I had with them and developed the relationship we now have. Like I said, it was a blessing for me, maybe not for everyone.

As long as your parents are fine with it, then it shouldn't be a problem. It may not be the healthiest thing for you to be living at home with your parents after college age, but as long as they're not paying for ANYTHING, like at all, then you should be fine. As long as you're taking care of your won expenses and helping cover your share of their expenses (lights, food, gas, etc) Then I don't see anything wrong with it. It's like they're your landlords, but living off your parents isn't good.

who cares if you moved back home why do people rush to move out anyway? take your time no need to rush and move on your own it is fuckin tough out paying for Rent, Groceries, Untilities and others when your a Teenage sure you want freedom and ability to do what you want but all those privileges COST they don't come free

As long as your parents are fine with it, then it shouldn't be a problem. It may not be the healthiest thing for you to be living at home with your parents after college age, but as long as they're not paying for ANYTHING, like at all, then you should be fine. As long as you're taking care of your won expenses and helping cover your share of their expenses (lights, food, gas, etc) Then I don't see anything wrong with it. It's like they're your landlords, but living off your parents isn't good.

i'm about to graduaute from college/University and i'm moving back in with my mum partly because its the cheaper option but also because i have not lived with her since i was 16, 5 years ago i miss my mums wisdom as well and just that familiar environment. ........ so personally i do not see any shame in living with your mother....... obviously there will come a day when you will move on!

To be honest, I dont understand why Kevin felt the need to make this video to explain anything about any situration that has to do with him living at home, especially when the other person who's making the comments wants your spotlight. Enjoy your mom 4 as long as u can, I lost mine at the age of nine. My sons can live at home as long as they want, your a single guy with no wife or children. I dont think it's a problem at all, and it seems u guys have alot of fun. Enjoy it Kevin!!!!
