  • alright, finally you stopped being anal and left the subject alone, this is how it should be, nonbeleivers (how ever you spell it) just leave the subject alone, and their is a 70 30 chance that you are actually a fat kid trying to prove something wrong so i just took the chance, it wasnt so much a personal attack but more of a generalization of the you tube population, but yes i know it was a personal attack

  • but god doesnt lie, cheat or kill, al queada is not christain their muslim, different philosophies, how much do you want to bet that your a fat kid who goes on youtube trying to prove people wrong, spending all of his time on doing that, thats anal, or very annoying if you dont know the meaning

  • @planetmeagher - Perhaps if you could develop an argument, you wouldn't have to resort to speculation and personal attacks. Alas, that's not the case. - You're free to believe what you want. You don't have to convince me. Although, you might do well to aquire a clearer understanding of what you claim to believe. In the meantime, rest assured:

"Faith is an absolutely marvelous tool. With faith there is no belief that cannot be justified." -- Rev. Donald Morgan (b. 1933)

  • no its cuze adam and eve blew it for us and man is naturally born with sin, in yours sounds bs but open them just a bit, and when i said your being anal, i meant annoying, your being a true republican right now, taking lines out of context, or taking bias info, there you go

  • @planetmeagher - lol - A compelling argument.

  • also bias

  • that is bias

  • @planetmeagher - "Religion is based . . . mainly upon fear . . . fear of the mysterious, fear of defeat, fear of death. Fear is the parent of cruelty, and therefore it is no wonder if cruelty and religion have gone hand in hand . . . . My own view on religion is that of Lucretius. I regard it as a disease born of fear and as a source of untold misery to the human race."--Bertrand Russell

  • Am I irritated that people believe in things they don't understand? You bet!

  • no moses didnt teach god shit, where did you come up with that one. jesus died on the cross because he was a loving person, and thats what kind people do, take the burdens off the other, none of this is flawed, its that our god is nice, your idea of a god is a being who is fearful, unloving, thats your idea of a just god, not mine, so stop being so anal, and leave us roman catholics alone

  • @planetmeagher - Read the book of Moses again. Especially, that part about coming down off the mountain with the 10 commandments. At the very least you should know what's in what you profess to believe. Sheesh!

  • @planetmeagher - "Stop being so anal"? - Sounds like what you mean is: 'stop being so reliant on the facts'. Double sheesh!

  • @planetmeagher - Sorry of it hurts to be informed, but the Roman Catholics are among the worst. Check your history.

"The clergy converted the simple teachings of Jesus into an engine for enslaving mankind and adulterated by artificial constructions into a contrivance to filch wealth and power to themselves...these clergy, in fact, constitute the real Anti-Christ." -- Thomas Jefferson

  • @planetmeagher - "The divinity of Jesus is made a convenient cover for absurdity. Nowhere in the Gospels do we find a precept for Creeds, Confessions, Oaths, Doctrines, and whole carloads of other foolish trumpery that we find in Christianity." --John Adams

  • @planetmeagher - Original sin is B.S. - A device by which to make people feel guilty for being born (and thus in need of salvation).

A neat trick. Create the crime, pass sentence and grant absolution, with conditions. Sounds like a mechanism for control. Personally, I' think a "Loving God" was above such things. Don't confuse religion (man's creation) with earnest and genuine spirituality. Confusion on that point will lead you astray.

  • @planetmeagher - "A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeeded be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death." -- Albert Einstein

“There was a time when religion ruled the earth. It was known as the Dark Ages” -- Ruth Hurmence

  • @planetmeagher - "Faith is an absolutely marvelous tool. With faith there is no belief that cannot be justified." -- Rev. Donald Morgan (b. 1933)

"With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion."-- Carey Goldberg

"Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction."-- Blaise Pascal

  • @planetmeagher - If God lies, cheats, enslaves, kills and otherwise behaves in a manner that puts Al Qaeda to shame, that's okay, he's God. He can do whatever he wants. Anyone who adheres to this philosophy has had his sense of morality, decency, justice and humaneness warped beyond recognition by the very book that is supposedly preaching the opposite.

  • Perhaps someone can explain to me why so many Christians are so adamant about abortions, but they don't seem to recognize that their whole faith is based on the sacrifice of the innocent (Jesus) for the guilty?

Personally, I don't believe that the innocent should have to pay for the sins of the guilty. In fact, that sounds rather barbaric to me.

    Just wondering.

  • I guess there was crowd back in the thirties adamant about the rounding up of jews....or when Pol Pot was rounding up intellectuals in Cambodia in the 1970s....or the civil rights movement back in the 1950s in USA.

Everyone who is mature age knows abortion is the deliberate ending of the babys life.

Pro-choicers are in eternal denial of it. Thats what makes them pro-choice.....blatant denial.

  • @itart1970 it is not blatant denial, its not ending a life, it would be like cutting off a finger if you had an abortion does your finger keep on living,no neither would the mass in the mothers womb. it is not its own self when it is in the mother womb, plus let them make their own god damn choice its not muder

  • @itart1970 it is not blatant denial, its not ending a life, it would be like cutting off a finger if you had an abortion does your finger keep on living,no neither would the mass in the mothers womb. it is not its own self when it is in the mother womb, plus let them make their own god damn choice its not muder, and if you are wondering i am roman chatholic

  • @sickofpolitrix more heroic to me,

  • @planetmeagher - What kind of god accepts the sacrifice of the innocent to pay for the crimes of the guilty? Certainly not a just god. - The basic premise of your religion is flawed. - For that matter, why was it necessary for a man(Moses) to teach god the value of mercy? If God isn't Love, then nothing matters anyway; and that SOB in the bible ain't him. The biblical concept of god was by some VERY flawed men.

Personally, I don't want the weight of Christ's pain on my soul. No, thank you.

  • These guys look like they are from badchangedotcom. They have some other vids on youtube too. The economy and war are not substantial issues when you consider that we have killed 50 million americans since Roe v Wade. The most basic right set forth in our founding documents is the right to life. When that is infringed upon, it renders all other rights irrelevant.

  • Onfyre, the thing that was notable about this protest, in a town where many anti-abortion protests are sponsored by evangelical groups, is that this group identified itself as Catholic. That certainly doesn't mean all opponents of abortion are Catholic, just that this group was Catholic.

  • Other people that have idea of MCain like no abortion and ideas for the economy and war like Obama.

  • Im not Catholic, I just dont support abortion. There are other choices besides McCain in this election that have veiws from bolth parties.
