Capcom DIDN'T change anything at the last minute because the is already finished. It's been finished for awhile now just going through the DEBUGGING PHASE.

I always watched my older brother play it while growing up. I was always too scared to play it. Hell, even the old PS1 Tomb Raider games made me afraid to dive into water after being attacked by a bear and Tyran. RE4 wasn't scary, nor was RE5. It's a shame since I started loving horror games at 13 years. RE6 looks awesome.

I've seen the trailer and it's great. The enemies looks like zombies (decayed/rotten) but there movements are fast like in BH4 and 5. Also seen a character kicking one of the enemies. It looks like in BH6, the classic horror from BH1 - 3 and action from BH4 - 5 are combined! And that's epic! Atleast the arguments about the genre may be reduced. Anyway, just wanna say that BH4 is the best in my opinion... (Already played BH2,3,4)

l have no hope for RE6, the producer is trying to appeal to a wide audience that he has fergotton what made Resident Evil appealing in the first place. Now we have "dramatic Horror", forced co-op and trigger happy action for the COD crowd.

plus, you're forgetting that in RE6, you can run & shoot, have a cover system, they also have "ARMED zombies." Its obvious they are catering to that generation. It's obvious that this game will have less limitations, make you feel empowered and that disregards the whole immersive fear and horror aspect of resident evil.

@ShawnyBoyKrump True, and l actually like the change in camera. l just want an RE sequel that has improved RE4's mechanic and just keep the survival and horror formula from the past games. RE4 was the closest thing to accomplishing that but what hold it back for me was the currency system and buying weapons/items, that just doesn't belong in RE.
l hope RE6 would do that but with this forced co-op put in & Gears of War action? l don't think we will be having any finite supplies.

@ShawnyBoyKrump I feel that if Capcom would've keep the survival horrior game thru out RE 4 and 5. By time we got to 6 people would be complaining that the game is getting repetative and its just the same game over and over again. Alot of people skipped out on RE0 which was a great game but by the time it came out, people was like this feels too much of the same and then a year later they made RE4 and it got high sales, reviews and awards.

Of course, the first ones were better but did u really think that CAPCOM were going to live in the past and always create the same type of games. They are trying to change and if they succeed, it will be much more impressive then always making the same games over and over again. I was looking forward to seeing HUNK in Resident Evil Revelations only to find out that it was a beta trailer that he appeared in and HUNK wasn't in the final verson what let down.

@WinterIsComingXII What's truly annoying is the people who say RE4 was better than 5. I didn't see any difference other then the scenario. The only thing making RE5 different than 4 is the bigger sense of action, which is slightly higher then RE4.

@MDrak666 you need to realize that Capcom is a for-profit firm; if they kept their game the same to appeal to people like you, they'd have been bankrupt a long time ago. Look at ratings for RE4HD and RE:CV-HD. The former got high ratings because it aged well while the latter didn't because gamers evolved and can't accept clunky controls anymore. I love the direction the series took with RE4, hated RE5. It looks like they're bringing back the RE atmosphere but with new controls. Looks great!

@cutegamerguy they kind a did, Wesker was always the calm and cool composed antagonist but in 5 he completly loses his cool at around the end ( not even Saddler in RE4 lost his cool even while getting shot to shit by Ada)

@Fade2Dark I did play 2 asshole I own it I have it on PSN plus every main entry and yes it does have it walking through the foggy village gives the sense of dread especially when it turns night plus having swarms of enemies surronding you or trapping you inside a building makes things even more intense which is whatRE is about. Not about zombies or lack of ammo, the feeling of dread and panic when facing enemies that can kill you if you fuck up all 4 did was just finally modernise the combat

I want fixed camera angles, zombies, magic drop boxes, beautiful backgrounds and all the stuff that made RE1, RE2, RE3 and RE CODE V the great games that they still are.

l have no hope for RE6, the producer is trying to appeal to a wide audience that he has fergotton what made Resident Evil appealing in the first place. Now we have "dramatic Horror", forced co-op and trigger happy action for the COD crowd.

plus, you're forgetting that in RE6, you can run & shoot, have a cover system, they also have "ARMED zombies." Its obvious they are catering to that generation. It's obvious that this game will have less limitations, make you feel empowered and that disregards the whole immersive fear and horror aspect of resident evil.

@ShawnyBoyKrump True, and l actually like the change in camera. l just want an RE sequel that has improved RE4's mechanic and just keep the survival and horror formula from the past games. RE4 was the closest thing to accomplishing that but what hold it back for me was the currency system and buying weapons/items, that just doesn't belong in RE.
l hope RE6 would do that but with this forced co-op put in & Gears of War action? l don't think we will be having any finite supplies.

By time we got to 6 people would be complaining that the game is getting repetative and its just the same game over and over again. Alot of people skipped out on RE0 which was a great game but by the time it came out, people was like this feels too much of the same and then a year later they made RE4 and it got high sales, reviews and awards.

@MDrak666 you need to realize that Capcom is a for-profit firm; if they kept their game the same to appeal to people like you, they'd have been bankrupt a long time ago. Look at ratings for RE4HD and RE:CV-HD. The former got high ratings because it aged well while the latter didn't because gamers evolved and can't accept clunky controls anymore. I love the direction the series took with RE4, hated RE5. It looks like they're bringing back the RE atmosphere but with new controls. Looks great!

@Fade2Dark guy I love 2 one of my personal fav RE games along with Code Veronice but to say 4 is not better than 2 is a clear case of being a retard. RE4 is a better game than 2 and better than the previos games it captures the feeling of dread of old RE games and enhances it with heart pounding intensety with the new enemies also so your a major hypocrite you bash 4 for having a story about the parasite yet RE5 you cliam better is not about the proginator but about the enhanced parasite from 4

@TimeBomb014X You've never even played 2. You're a liar. RE4 didn't capture any "dread" RE4 was pure ACTION. Don't try to play it off as if it was horror. Because a game is action doesn't make it bad, The story for 4 was just HORRIBLE. RE5 barely continued from where 4 left off, it had to do more with progenitor than las plagas.

@Fade2Dark I did play 2 asshole I own it I have it on PSN plus every main entry and yes it does have it walking through the foggy village gives the sense of dread especially when it turns night plus having swarms of enemies surronding you or trapping you inside a building makes things even more intense which is whatRE is about. Not about zombies or lack of ammo, the feeling of dread and panic when facing enemies that can kill you if you fuck up all 4 did was just finally modernise the combat

@TimeBomb014X Actually, the original concept of the old RE's were to get you be afraid of moving forward. Sorry, but RE4 was 100% action.
