  • Like his point about adding in the useful commentary to aid in not only building passion for the sport but being able to apply those techniques/ tactics to coaching and playing from the grassroots up.

Yes, MOTD does a great job breaking down plays. Unfortunately the MLS isn't big enough for regular people to want to watch post-game analysis shows.

  • watch MOTD

  • the EPL's match of the day does a great job at what you guys were talking about

  • This is true, but you need the combination of analysis and excitement. The Bruins commentators are a great example of this for anyone who watches the games on NESN. Jack Edwards does a great job calling the game with an exciting style that keeps the watchers entertained and excited, but he fails to really look into the development of the plays. Andy Brickley is the other commentator who takes the time to describe the buildup of the play and gives the viewers better insight on the game.

  • In an unrelated topic, Landon Donovan blocked my Twitter account.

  • @Hitmonchan107

    Shit happens

  • @dwreck1971 Apparently he blocked me because I tweeted to him and Clint that I was slightly disappointed that neither scored a goal during the Fulham-Everton encounter. The ironic thing is that this was forwarded more to Dempsey, who I wanted to see score a a goal against Tim, but apparently LD took it as an insult and clocked the block button.

I'm not hating on Donovan, but him blocking me took me by surprise. Eh, at least I have several sock accounts trolling John Cena.
