Guys these discussions here are ridiculous. People with brain in their heads don't give a shit were you're from. I am half American and half German, I never have had problems with that. The German people I know are very interested in the USA and the Americans think Germany is a funny country.

Damn, what is this fight about? My grandpa's sister left Germany in 1929, and I visited her family twice, in 2001 and 2008. I met warm and gentle people, perfect hosts and a new part of my family. That is all I need to know.

No its true... Germans dont like americans. Mostly because america rose with the increasing number of german immigrants that emigrated to the USA. Where would the US be without their inhabitants of german descent?
Well, and since the war the US looks down on us, but still is trying to lure away our scientists with generous offers knowing they could never recroute a large number of capable scientists from their own, by now degenerated, population.

Im from europe and I also know the american culture. Most of americans know nothing about europe. the american patriotism looks a lil bit overdone for other countries in the world. But kid rock makes great music, and I like it.
