I have a Japanese PS2... what's the PS2 version called? I cannot find any information about it.

I imported this just because I used to play it at a local Pizza Hut every time we dined there in the early 90's. It's also the first arcade shmup I ever 1cc'd (not a big accomplishment's since it's on the easy side).
