Dave and Vic, I realize that what you described is possible. However unless you try to ruin your game by being as asinine as to do what you have described, smithing and enchanting are both fine as is.

My advice would be to play the game like a normal person and don't behave in a cheese monkey fashion. There are enough bugs as is. There really is no sane reason to exploit smithing and enchanting.

@IMRavnos Even so i dislike the fact that it is there, i never fully do it but the fact you can get the best Armour and Weapons in the game fairly early compared to the rest of the save file is BS to begin with. Other than that my mind gripe is the freezing issues on consoles, i can't play for an hour without something like that happening. I do look after my system as well but y'know, what else can you do? Games not bad mind, just think it could have been tweaked and perfected more.

Dave, you have blown the smithing exploit out of proportion. It's a he'll of a lot harder/ time consuming than you let on. Unless you're cheating somehow to get infinite gold or around 5000 iron ore and leather straps you will NOT be able to level smithing much past 50 without a shitload of adventuring.

Hell Dave, you ranted on this so much I decided to test how bad it was. I was shocked at how hard it was and gave up! My lvl 30 Nord still has smithing at 84 because I refuse to fast trav

@IMRavnos I mean it can be done, it will take some time but it can be done. I steal a woodcutters axe or take one in riverwood, i then go to the chopping block and sit there while watching tv and hit the X, E or A button for about an hour or so, even more if you want to for more money. Go to Gurder's Husband i think it is in Riverhood, and he will buy the wood off you no matter how much you have. From there you can buy the iron ore as well as the leather if you wished. Make Iron Daggers. Repeat.

@IMRavnos you can also go to dawnstar and use the inisible chest to get money it also has loads of iron ore, theres also ore in the mine its next to, leatherstraps can be made from any pelt, or found in the chest I can get 90+ Smithing in a fairly short time if I realy want to, to be honest u only realy need 90 smithing anyway Daedric is the best armour and dragon is prety much worthless unless you want it coz it looks cool but personaly i dont think its worth the perk point to get.

Ive had rain and snow in skyrim but only a few times doesnt happen often if at all and No I didnt use Storm Call Shout but that doesnt make up for the fact its glitchy though not so much after the patches but it should not of needed patching they should of found these problems and fixed them before game release.

@MoonWheel01 Got bored to be honest. I like the games but i just really don't play them, Battlefield is great when your team is good or ok. Same with Uncharted to be honest. Clans dominate Uncharted and bad teammates Battlefield, well the ones i see when i am solo anyway.
