i overclocked my e8600 to 4.4ghz @ 1.4 volts on prime95 stress test my max temp is 69 - 70 is that that ok or is it dangerous?

I've upgraded my system since then and I have a Noctura D14 now.
Its cool and its quiet.. like really quiet

Tip no the fans is fine. He has this setup as corsair wants it to be. But he also has it doing a push pull. The fan between the case and the rad is pulling air in and blowing it across the rad while the other fan is pulling it from the rad.
