how to delete software/passport armadillo virus

Did you guys know, that Armadillo is not actually a virus? It's a Software Licensing Engine, used to minimize piracy. It can (not only) crypt executable files by putting them inside an 'Armadillo cloak' wich SHOULD prevent other people from decompiling the precious file.

No, I only had one, the legit one. I couldnt figure out why this didn't work, but I did find "Malwarebytes" free program which found it and got rid of it. Worked very fast and simple.

NOTE TO EVERYONE: DON'T DELETE THE WRONG csrss.exe file! The one in system32 is the legit Microsoft Signed "Client Server Runtime Subroutine Server" (CSRSS) which is used for some reason... The bad file should be in C:/WINDOWS/Config. This is where I found the trojan, in both variants.

omg your a life saver!!!! I had this thing and I thought i got rid of it but it moved itself to a new file, i noticed that when i booted my computer the message came up and i knew i still had it! yes im still getting the passport armadillo message... i located the virus in the system 32 folder... and i use file shredder which is suppose to delete it completely but didnt.. its as thou it keeps respawning...cause i tried deleting it manually too... now i dunno what to do... any suggestions?
