I have a student who is severly allergic to wheat so she can only have non-gluten foods. She is also allergic to eggs. Can you use an egg replacer in this recipe?
@Sonorite I haven't tried baking the cinnamon rolls without egg, so I can't predict how it would turn out, but i've had luck with Ener-G egg replacer in other baking ventures. Alternatively, you could try whisking together 1 TBSP ground flax seed and 3 TBSP water, which is the equivalent of 1 whole egg (because this recipe calls for 3 eggs, just triple that amount). It's worth a try! -Kel
