20% unemployment among youth? ha ha! in Spain we have 50%!! and we are not destroying our own cities, I grew up in a working class borough with 30% unemployment, never heard a word such "welfare", "benefits", "youthclubs", back in the 80s. We didn't even dreamed of the facilities and opportunities those rioters have in the UK. So less cheap excuses and more self discipline.
