Wow this is awesome, neat job apart from the primitive drive system. I powered a razor scooter with a drill motor 3 years ago, chain driven through custom sprockets. The motor ran very hot though and burned out. I have changed the motor to a brushless rc aircraft motor. Check out my vid worlds lightest electric scooter. One day our energy will be free!
The gearing in the bike has a limited slip clutch to protect the drills guts.

The only hole is the one where the battery is, if you forgot to plug it into the drill.
