  • Dios mío, que fácil parece

  • No, go and suck your own dick.

  • and how do you make it when the IC is flying?

  • Who else wanted to pop a paper bag full of air halfway through? Come on, you know you did, lol.

  • HAXXX

  • awesome

  • De poca madre carnal

  • show, muito bom

  • hey im a somewhat advanced in soldering but i live in south america, and i would like to know what is that substance you use in the beggining that acts as the soldering wire of some sort, just need a bit of help, thank you.

  • @dinanpower

The stuff he's using is solder paste. It's (as the name suggests) a paste of little beads of solder suspended in flux. You can buy it in tubs or syringes - tubs are for using stencils whereas syringes are used for placing dabs on the pads.

So, you put a tiny blob on each pad you want to solder, put the component on top (it's handy because it'll stick to the paste) and then you use hot air to melt the paste.

That's a rough intro, plenty of tutorials on YouTube.

  • Retard.

  • hi what name this paste solder and wat the brand make it is very nice

  • that IC is toast

  • What makes you say that?

Dont you know Chips can take a fair mount of heat when soldering to the PCB.

Fluxes & pastes would not be designed to melt at thoses temperatures if the Chip could not take it.

  • They should be heated up gradually, not blasted in one spot until the solder flows.

  • A pic vac for the J-Lead PLCC, paste, hot air which appears to be a Pace, creating the burn on tissue for proper heat setting and very consistent thermal transfer to create uniform and consistent solder fillets without thermal damage.

From one professional to another, very well done! Top quality.
