Yea its insurance fraud. On newer vehicles the key won't come out of the ignition unless the vehicle is in park. Also he clearly watches it start to roll down while opening the door.'

lol what a tard, so insurance fraud...he looks at the truck when it is rolling at a pretty noticable speed, only thing I could think is he was dumb enough to think it was to just let it roll like that. But any insurance company wouldn't pay up when they see the cars parking break etc is fine. The water is probably radiator coolant since he smashed the front end up pretty good.
