Starcraft is complicated. There is no such thing as a "good strategy" as any race. You have to react to what your opponent is doing. In general though, a fairly standard strategy is to rush to get 2 factories and shortly thereafter 2 machine shops and start pumping out tanks, vultures, and goliaths. Then, as your economy can sustain it (expand as needed), you build more factories never stopping building units.
