Aww... was this show from the 2006 PGI convention? I only saw the Friday night show that year and I was quite disappointed. Now I wish I had seen the other shows that year, especially this show.

My only complaint about this video is you took out all the firework noises. That's the best part of seeing these shows. You should have left it in.

@phybergod I can answer that one. They are individual tubes from a cake called Turkey Shoot that has been taken apart and e-matched in the lift and then inserted into regular consumer style mortars. Hope that helps.

@joeissoccer Actually if you manufacture the fireworks yourself they are automatically classified as professional grade by the ATF. Thatis unless you go thru the APA and other organizations and have them tested and get a UN number. Then and only then are they legally Consumer grade. Sucks but that is the way the law works here.

@ajlisknillat All of the fireworks used in this display were purchased as consumer grade cakes and individual pieces. Some like the comets are from cakes that were deconstructed and individually shot via e-match inserted directly into the lift charge. I know because I helped Ron on his first showing of this display. This was actually the second version of this. The first was shot at a fireworks club event earlier that same year. Very enjoyable working with this guy. He's the master.

I've been told the comets are from a cake called Turkey Shoot. There are some single shot comets int he 1.4 world. I think Hales makes some and there is a reloadable kit coming out next year with reloadable comets.
