I went to the AT&T store in the Inland empire, CA are. The LG Vu was sold out 2 months ago. One of the dealers told me that the incite is the replacement for the Vu. Is he right or is he trying to fool me?

i had to make a million arrangements to return my matrix.

and couple hours on the phone to use the warranty on my SE W580i to replace it cuz it broke.

In my opinion.. AT&T has worst customer service. Hope they improve someday :]

Go with the Epix, it is a much better phone, the Incite has had many complaints and problems. I went to buy the Incite and it was sold out forunately because after a lot of research I found the Epix is much better!
