Having some meat in the diet is the only source of carnosine possibly one of the most anti-aging nutrients ever known. Vegans must supplement with it. This is why the longest lived people ate meat and small amounts of cooked meat. Of course including raw fruits, vegetables, sprouts, etc. is important for the phytochemicals, oxygen, hormones, etc. But humans rule over all life and can survive on anything. The real offenders are refined flour, sugar, and salt and many man-made unnatural things.
@keithlmh It is illegal to sell raw milk in Ontario, so no I can't discuss that online. I would suggest talking to your local farmers, get out to farmers markets and I'd first recommend trying to find goats milk over bovine dairy. It being grass fed is also important.
i think this what i mentioned to you in a previous video, i only read good things about kéfir. i drink less milk, since it's so hard to find in québec of good quality, but we c an ge t raw milk cheese here. :-)
I totally agree with you. Small amounts of animal products is perfect for me. Too many animal products can be a problem, I learned that from trying the primal diet. Eventually it became excessive and my colon got backed up. I basically eat vegan and then one day a week or so I'll have a few raw eggs or colostrum. Only when my body craves it. I get most of my protein from spirulina and chlorella though. But I think the body can get a little weak if you are 100% vegan for too long.
@todayisthedaytolive today is the day to live??? just not for whatever flesh creature died for you to eat. oh, I forgot, it's all to help with your one universal Being-ness. Vegan is all about diet, huh? As long as your spiritually elevated who cares about the fear of pain of a throat being slit? You ARE an animal after all, and if your ancestors ate their own crap it was probably for a good reason and you should too
I've been making kefir with raw grass fed cows milk and raw grass fed colostrum mixed together. Very powerful stuff. When making smoothies, I always put in a source of raw saturated fat, such as raw egg yolks or coconut oil, etc. This will help prevent further oxidation. Yes, Vitamin K2 is ESSENTIAL for calcium utilization, along with Vitamin A and D, which all work together. Most plant foods just contain Vitamin K1, not K2, which is what it's coverted to when eating k1 containing plant foods.
"i have a source for that but won't go into anymore detail" dodgy dude lol

Both juicing and blending oxidize nutrients. Blending does it more. Juicing removes fiber so avoid it. Both are very expensive and waste food.

Would you perhaps be able to tell me your source for raw milk products? I do not need it for human consumption, it's for my cat.

I have made the most powerful elixirs with Brandon's herbs and fresh, raw colostrum. Hands down. Raw colostrum is literally liquid gold.

@WinWinSituations
