  • 2:12 if you lean your arms back on the handles it hits it harder

  • also a super set isnt two exercises at once going back an forth without breaks...................a super set is ONE workout usually 5 to 6 set ranging anywhere from 5 to 15 reps depending on what kind of weight your using. now what makes it a super set is the time in between sets, which usually ranges from 30 to 45 seconds in between. if your going to give workout advice inform people correctly. what you described was more of a very short burnout routine.

  • I love the deep crunches but I find after the first set all the strain moves to my lower back. I maintain good form but can't keep the strain on my core, is this normal?

  • Those are Roman Chair lifts. Not leg lifts, leg lifts are hanging from a bar, bringing your feet all the way to your hands. Straighten your legs, it makes it harder, your slightly bent legs are making it easier, get back in the chair and do fully straight roman chair lifts, then go to the handles.

  • @Shizzlecrads The V cut is caused by hypertrophy of the lower abs. So you need to strengthen your lower abs, so yes any exercise that will improve your lower abs will work.

  • @NitrogenOxide13 No amount of pure ab training will burn off the fat that currently covers your abdominals. Do cardio until you can bring most of your abs into view by flexing, and then start building them up with exercises like Scotts.

    And you've got a 4 pack with a V. train your lower abs more!

  • @jonthanesk I know you asked scott, but yes you are able to gain muscle on your abs by having a low body fat. It just requires a very strict diet and weight/cardio plan
