  • @MountainTeaGR TI KREAS EVALE RE FILE SVERKO?

  • how long is it suppose to cook before you add the olives?

  • Very nice, except that I'm a relatively new cook and would really like to know, the following:

For how long does the meat cook? I did notice that you said to put the Olives in 20 min before serving, so am I to assume that everything ( onions carrots, spices ect. ) is cooked for a particular time frame ( what is the time frame?) then throw in the olives for the remaining 20 mins.

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • Thank you for these videos! You make these dishes look so effortless - quite inspring.

  • I don't think it really matters if you are, say, cooking for a family. Otherwise, perhaps yes.

  • Not quite! There was nothing left on the spoon because this dish is really delicious!! But you made me aware of something all cooks do but no one shld do on camera lest it get misinterpreted!! Thanks...

  • No Problem...Paula Dean does it all the time and it makesme wonder. Thanks for clearing it up. BTW, you you recommend using beef tenderloin for the stew? Or will sirloin tips do?

  • She hasn't exactly invited you around for dinner, has she? Its like you are looking at the tree and you are missing the forest!

  • The whole idea, Greeksniper, is for you to cook and invite someone you like over for dinner. D
