okay, I agree with your point that diet affects acne, but how would u explain the fact that people eat crap, and their skin is still clearer than mine.
@91pinklipstick lol... I hear ya, I get this all the time. Everyone is effected by their diet, some people just have visible effects from it. Some people get acne, rashes, obese etc... Some people get heart disease and cancer years down the road. Looking at life and thinking "that's not fair" won't help you clear up your skin, so focus on what you can do about it and focus on doing your best... because that's all that's really important and it helps you the most.

my acne started off during puberty..but i thought it was the 'hormones' but when i started being in my 20's i knew it wasnt hormonal..but I had a massive sweet tooth...i only cut down on suga for 3 months in 10 years since i got acne...which was really hard..but my acne has improved in 3 months without soo much suga in my diet...all the time doctors would say my 'diet' doesnt effect my acne...it sure does!
@sdecordovaxxx I'm so glad that you are smart like that! It's so good to hear from people like yourself who decide to take "learning" into their own hands! Diet definitely does effect skin and acne and it's something that effects your overall health and wellness too! So mine as well eat healthy and take care of yourself. You get the benefit of clear skin plus you get the health and energy and amazing life with it! :)
@MrJorgelopez12 Get the secret acne cleanse on the "Acne Erasing Secrets" facebook fan page to start... that will help you get started on the right diet for clearing up your skin.
@MrVLADIMIR7000 The liver is very important, as well as the colon... both of these work together to detox toxins from the body and if they are not doing their job properly toxins will just sit and fester in the liver... when they do that they finally try to escape and they try to escape through the skin instead of through the normal digestive process like they should if the liver were healthy.
@MrVLADIMIR7000 Honestly, I could care less if you agree with me... it's been what i've learned through my experience and research and I believe I can help people much more than most dermatologists... and I have. I hope my videos help you in some way :)
@MrVLADIMIR7000 Diet affects your skin b/c your skin is the largest organ in your body and saying diet doesn't affect it is like saying diet doesn't affect a persons weight... Some people don't get acne and have horrible diets but they have other organs that are being negatively effected b/c of their diet. A big reason people get pimples during puberty is because of the hormonal changes during that time... but many people have imbalanced diets with not enough nutrition which causes problems.
Being told you will have a skin disease for the rest of your life is not encouraging nor does it have to be the truth. The American Institute of Advanced Medicine has confirmed methods to destroy the symptoms of acne from your body for good. There is no need for acne sufferers to live with painful, puss filled pimples when the answer has been found and comes with a 95% success rate. Everyone deserves healthy and clear skin, this includes you! Check out theaiam.com
You are so informational and im so happy that i came across ur channell!!!! thanks and keep all ur wonderful tip and information coming, cause i need it and im sure we all appreciate it!!thanks and takecare!
I love your videos!! You have a really good speaking voice, I love it. You know what your talking about. But I still was wondering how pharmecutical drugs are in tap water!! I dont doubt you Im just curious lol
The awesome part is, I started doing fitness, and got another guide for that, very similar to yours (it's a guide by someone who couldn't get in shape, and did years of research), and you both recommend the same type of food and way of living. I made a summary of both guides now, I love it :) The annoying but also handy part is I was allergic to milk when I was a kid, so I need to force myself to learn to eat dairy now :)
@MadameMcintosh So glad to hear, thank's a bunch! It's a healthy way of living... Most people are allergic to dairy and don't even know it! that's why i recommend little to none of it. Why do you say that you need to force yourself to eat dairy now? does the other guide recommend that you eat dairy?
@acneerasingsecrets Yeah, as a protein source instead of eating protein bars (I do eat some protein powder, but not too much, as it's expensive, and I want to get all the Vitamins I need too). Also because of the calcium (there are theories that say eating more calcium helps losing fat). It's quite hard to get the amount of protein you need without dairy (I'd eat fish meat instead, but fish is the number one food I can't stand). They do say it has to be low-fat dairy. Is it that bad?
@MadameMcintosh I don't recommend dairy, most people are lactose intolerant and don't even know it... you can get protein from nuts like sunflower seeds, almonds and more... I recommend that instead.
@acneerasingsecrets What about protein powder (the optimum nutrition whey/casein)? It's 100% natural. I use the normal one at the moment (which contains a tiny bit of lactose, but way less than in milk), but I plan on using the "platinum" one, which is (almost) lactose-free.
@MadameMcintosh That's alright, I would still recommend getting protein from food though, I recommend getting it from food that has high amts of protein b/c it's in it's most natural form and that will benefit your body most. Hope this helps :)
@acneerasingsecrets You're absolutely right, it is important to get my protein from natural sources. But as long as I'm trying to clear my acne completely (I don't have bad acne, but I've had a constant amount of 2-3-4 pimples) I'd rather avoid all bad foods. I don't eat dairy, only eat chicken/fish meat, and eat fruit, vegetables or ebly grain/ brown rice (I'm not sure if that's really good, but it should be). No nuts yet, even though they contain Omega 3s, they contain tons of Omega 6 too.
@MadameMcintosh that's good, you're on the right path.... nuts are great b/c of omega's which are great for the body and especially the skin and nail/hair as well... Keep it up! (brown rice is good) Thanks for the comment!
@quepasanessa I guess they could, but to be honest I have heard about more people using birth control pills as an acne treatment... this is not good though because the birth control pills mess with your hormone levels and overall health... This and other drugs are bad and unhealthy acne treatments.
every doctor who says acne and diet are not related should get their license revoked.
