The SH is pretty cool. personally I like sequential circuits stuff a little better. And even Korg a little better. Korg mono/poly and Sequential's Pro-One. Fatter to me. This is a cool synth though.
Going from the TR so the SH is a red cable. why are you going throught the sh 101 with that. im new to this whole synth stuff and i got an sh 101 in a garage sale so im slowly learning lol :)
@AnthonHarvey18 The red cable is for sending trigs from the 606s lotom-trig output into the 101s click input. Each click steps the sequencer one step.
The Sh-101 doesn't allow real-time recording, it only a stepsequencer so if you want different lengths and pauses you have to program them in. consult you manual.

When I load a sequence of notes in, and play it back, it doesn't play them back at the same speed that I play them -- how do you do that?!?!
