Correction: although Donny Hathaway's cover in 1971 is and probably, will always be my favorite version, Leon Russell wrote the melody & lyrics in 1969 & recorded it first in 1970..

Both Stacy and Leroy Bell,both talented singers are gone and yet a rapper is still standing,after punking out and if You think about it,actually not a real singer that has a good voice at their very own disposal. Nice rendition. She has the pipes no doubt, and has experience in the industry , a few broadway shows and the girl-band, Ex-Girlfriend in the 90's?. I love her voice textures, depth and octave range when she is not over-sining or belting, but dont mind her doing it, but with some restraint in certain parts, mastering her 'instrument', - she does have a good command of her voice,..just some fine-tuning, polishing and control issues. But dont get me wrong...she is great.
