I will never buy an appliance from this company again. I purchased a frost free fridge freezer and it broke down after just two years. As it was not under warranty I paid for a trusted and reliable engineer to repair it. I was advised that it was beyond economical repair and that I would have to buy a new one. The fridge freezer I purchased was hardly in the "cheap and cheerful" price range at £400.
This has to be the worst company I have dealt with,My 75 year old mother has a broken washing machine under warranty and we have been waiting 3 months for repair or replacement. I have sent faxes (which they lose) and still no reply.SHAME SHAME SHAME.
