He man, nice video...... Amazing spoke machine... indeed a good investment! But please tell me, where did you get the pool balls from?? Am seriously thinking of pimping up my TS 2.2 with those!
The Phil wood spoke cutter has 3 set up spacers available and can be modified to specific tolerances to thread what you need. Dies are 56 tpi. You can contact Phil wood and co and they should be able to help you out with the nipples you need. Their number is 408-298-1540
I read it can handle 2.3mm with a spacer so I guess a 3/32" stainless steel welding rod would work? Do you know where can I find nipples for this size and a die that I can thread at 56 TPI?
Hey man nice video. I want to know how much this whould cost for a pack of 36 spokes. I just need like 2 or 3mm cut off. Please repond.

Xcuse, for this silly question, but...
Exist different nipple sizes?.
I want to know that, cuz I'm making spokes for a Penny Farthing Bike, but, Cuz I live in Mexico City, is difficult to find materials.
Then, I only get TIG Stainless Rod 3/32", I have a Thread cutter Die(not milimetric, but I'll bought it).
But this is my problem My Spoke made with this 3/32" doesnt fit with a normal nipple bike.
Any Thoughts?.
Thanks!

what is the life expectancy of the threading dies?

Life expectancy is 50,000 spokes per side on the dies. Dies are reversable.
