Great message---"you won't have to die". I wish to ask Shinzen , can one lose all fear of death? I have been dealing for decades with an illness which drains my energy. Now I feel like so much of my life is about learning to die. I hope for the true meaning of euthanasia: good death. Hope to be a coach to myself. So glad Shinzen interpreted these teachings so brilliantly. The sound quality of this video is good through my earphones. Thanks!

@lumasochi Sorry, but you are hearing what everyone present heard since Shinzen's voice had to be amplified (via the headset) and another lav mic wasn't an option. am hoping you can work mindfully with sensations of frustration and enjoy the dharma he shares in the only way I could capture it.
