So many foreigners are so great at English, it makes me feel like a slacker for having not learned another language to such a level. Particularly I feel bad about not remembering French well enough to communicate in it because I had a French-Canadian grandmother and because the French people were so nice to me when I visited Paris. I tried to speak it, but I think they cringed on the inside and decided to speak English lest I continued butchering their language.
That made me laugh. :) I don't even know why. You said it in perfect Swedish but I guess it was your tone and how it just popped up out of nowhere that made it funny. I wish I could speak Danish. I don't understand a word when I hear Danes speak but I usually understand it when written.
I always wish I knew more languages but I'm too lazy to learn them. I learned a bit of mandarin in college, but I was never really fluent. I've since forgotten most of it since I never use it.
lmao ''Heb je je kut geschoren?'' XD

Well, Danish can be very 'singing', just look at where I am from, Funen. Some say that we sing when we talk.
