I've seen my neighbors dog do this, I think this happens to most dogs. I put my neighbors' dog's toy on top of a table to point where he could see it but not reach it. After a few attempts to jump at it, he started making the same noise. After a few seconds I felt bad and handed him the toy. If I ever had a dog I would never let this happen.

My dog (pomeranian, terrier, and poodle mix) was a sassy dog. She was pretty demanding.lol She stamped her foot if I didn't respond the first time to something. Then, she'd bark once to see if I get the hint. Then, she just starts fussing.lol

I remember when she was younger, a fly flew in her face. She screamed! From that point on, she hated flies, and got good at killing them.

She was definitely a lovable dog, and everyone loved her personality.

I miss her a lot. She passed away a year ago.

I had a purebred Shiba and it had a short, tight coat like the dog in this video. Most of the Shibas I've seen have short coats.
