That's not phrygian ha. The only scales he plays in are harmonic minor, melodic minor and sometimes some diminished sweeping. Gotta love Yngwie tho, he does it better than anyone.
@guitargarrett1 he meants a "relative Scale" A harmonic minor and E Phrygian dominant have same notes so he shifts from one to the other with only changin the notes that he starts and ends on, same cases for diminished patterns.

@Gitvexed123 Its simple, what are you weak at? When you find what your weak at, practice as much as you can stand. 8 hours a day as much as possible. Thats what they did, guaranteed.
