@Lukefonfabre9 Somewhat. It was in the 90s CG cartoon. Donkey Kong got amnesia and King K. Rool convinced him that they were cousins in order to get the Crystal Coconut, giving him the name "Donkey Rool." Rare liked some of the concepts in the show, such as Cranky being a mad scientist, and used them in this game.
