@Y0ungpist0l I only used it post workout, usually. So I stretched it out a little. I could make it last about 2 & 1/2 weeks per 12 pound bag. So it came out to only about $2 per day which isnt bad at all considering what you get for it.
@CosmicBassDrop 160ish to 180ish. I was freakishly skinny in the beginning so it wasn't hard to pack on the pounds at first. Now it's hard for me to gain muscle weight.

i actually dont think he is lying people just dont try enough to get agains, i gained 8lbs in the first 2 months of training non of it was fat as am a really slim person i started of at 133 lbs and by 2 months i was 141lbs and thats without any suppliment what so ever, and i wasnt even eating propper i only ate 100g of pasta and 1 can of tuna before the gym, eating habbits were the same other than that, i would train that hard i would feel like am gonna pass out thats when i would call it a day.

QUESTION: about nutrition.. did you "BULK UP" and then cut fat?.... a trainer at the gym said i should "cycle".. eat lots of high calorie foods, pack on the weight.. muscle AND fat... then i should increase cardio increase reps, less time lifting more time cardio... and decrease calorie intake to burn fat??? is this what you did... i.e. start 140 till 170.. 140 to 145 to 142 to 150 to 148 to 155 to 152 to 160 to 157 ...etc... till 170??

I started training 4 months ago and saw the difference; eating "clean food" every 3 hours, a pair of dumbbells (min 60 mins) of training 2 days on; 1 day off consistently did the trick for me. I gained 20 Ibs of lean muscle and got rid of my gut!

QUESTION: about nutrition.. did you "BULK UP" and then cut fat?.... a trainer at the gym said i should "cycle".. eat lots of high calorie foods, pack on the weight.. muscle AND fat... then i should increase cardio increase reps, less time lifting more time cardio... and decrease calorie intake to burn fat??? is this what you did... i.e. start 140 till 170.. 140 to 145 to 142 to 150 to 148 to 155 to 152 to 160 to 157 ...etc... till 170??

Why in the world are pple saying that you use steroids? Come on guys - There are true ways of getting serious muscle mass with proper diet and intense consistent training. It DOESN'T have to only be steroids.
I started training 4 months ago and saw the difference; eating "clean food" every 3 hours, a pair of dumbbells (min 60 mins) of training 2 days on; 1 day off consistently did the trick for me. I gained 20 Ibs of lean muscle and got rid of my gut!
